DESIGN AND LEAD TIME

What format can I provide for my logo?
You can bring us your ready to print vector artwork. We accept .ai, .eps or .pdf formats. If you are not able to send in this format, just send us what you have and we can vectorize your logo for you.

I have concepts and would like you to create my logo?
We would be happy to discuss your concepts and ideas and work together to create something custom that will fit your brand. (Logo design cost can be discussed)

How long does it take to get a sign made?
Timelines vary by project, complexity and material. Simple vinyl signs, yard signs and banners are often ready within 3–5 business days, while larger custom signs may take 1–2 weeks depending on design and installation needs.

PRICING & PAYMENTS

How much does a custom sign cost?
Pricing depends on the size, materials, and complexity of the design. We provide free estimates after reviewing your project details.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 50% deposit is required to begin design and production, with the balance due upon completion, installation, or pickup of your sign.

Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. We provide discounts for bulk orders, repeat customers, and multi-location businesses.

INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE

Do you install the signs?
Yes. Our team provides professional installation for most signs to ensure they are secure, level, and built to last. There are times that we work with our local contractors in order to make sure your sign is installed efficiently and safely.

Can I install my own sign?
Yes. If you prefer, we can produce the sign for you and provide basic installation instructions.

How long will my sign last?
This is a great question! Most outdoor vinyl signs last 3–7 years, depending on materials, exposure, and maintenance. We will recommend the best possible longevity of your sign depending on placement. Indoor signs often last even longer.

DESIGN & CUSTOMIZATION

Will I see a proof before my sign is made?
Absolutely! We always provide a digital design proof for your approval before production begins.

Can you match my brand colors?
Yes. We use professional Pantone and CMYK color matching to keep your branding consistent.

Can you make unique sizes or shapes?

LOGISTICS

Do you deliver signs?
Yes. We offer local delivery in Butte County and can ship certain products upon request.

Do I need a permit for my sign?
Some permanent signs, such as storefront or large outdoor signage, may require permits. We’ll help guide you through the process if needed.

What happens if my sign gets damaged?
We offer repair and replacement services. Depending on the damage, we may be able to patch, reprint, or remake the sign.
